Supported Accommodation
We provide Supported Accommodation services in:
- Canberra
- Darwin
- New South Wales
As an organisation we are ready to take on participants who may require short-term or Supported Independent Living. We have 24/7 support in the houses to achieve goals and help access the community at large as well as access to health. We support participants that want a break from family as well as those wanting to live permanently and independently. We value your independence choice and control and we follow strict infection control guidelines in all our facilities.
Travel Transport
Our staff can assist you with Travelling to wherever you would like to get to and we have acquired disability accessible vehicles to achieve your goals. Staff are trained to deal with any complex transfer procedures in our accessible vehicles.
Community Participation
We work with participants to achieve goals in their Plan. Whether you want to access he gym, the pool, cultural events, going to the cinema, going on holidays we have the staff to take you there. We have the vehicles ready to take you there and we support you all the way. We understand Disability and our staff have the qualifications and experience to support you achieve those goals that you desire. We take the pressure from you and make life simple and easy for you.
Community Nursing Care
Our Team of Registered Nurse are able and on hand to assist with Nursing matters that may be funded in your NDIS Plan including any assessments and planning and on-going supports.
Household Tasks & Domestic Assistance
Our teams are available to help you with those tasks in the home that you make find difficult with such as cooking, shopping, gardening as well as cleaning. Staff have been trained to support you achieve your goals in your NDIS plan and we have the experience of supporting people in the home environment.
Coordination of Supports
We are very experienced and knowledgeable of the NDIS processes and can help you navigate complex processes to help implement the funded supports in your Plan. We will work with you in a person-centred approach and collaboratively develop a plan that we will monitor and report on the goals achieved.
Personal Care
Our staff have all the necessary training including First Aid, Manual Handling to deal with complex personal care. We have Registered Nurses and we link up with Allied Health to assist with any personal care issues and those that may be complex. Our staff are trained and have access to continued training to deal with behaviours of concern and we support participants living with psychosocial issues. We can assist with feeding, dressing and any personal care to get you ready for the day and for bed.
